Not a miracle but it helps
4This isn't a miracle cure as the name implies but...my experience is that it does certainly help lessen the effects. I'll continue to purchase on that basis!

5As someone who is closer to 60 than 30 I don’t recover as quickly as I used to after a day/night of frivolity. I bought this product in the hope I wouldn’t waste half the week feeling sorry for myself. Well they work for me!! I don’t spend the day after wallowing in self pity, making my families lives a misery with my demands for water, pop and a takeaway as soon as they open at 5pm!!

5As long as you remember to take these at least a couple of hours prior they are great for preventing the after effects.
