Makes a difference!
I was, and to an extent still am, sceptical about the efficacy of Myrkl but am of the belief that if it works, it works, placebo or not. So far with taking Myrkl, and making sure I eat enough, I haven’t had the usual issues I’m so used to. Sure, I still don’t feel amazing the next day sometimes but it is far, far away from what it was like before. Myrkl is saving the day for me when it comes to social evening with a few friends.Â

Myrkl is a great product. Even if it's just a casual evening I always take Myrkl. The sachets in particular are convenient if you want to share them with your partner or friends. Highly recommend!
